First of all, we judge whether the control card is good or not, you first look at the power on, whether the control card indicator lights up, if not check whether there is 5V power supply, the display screen can display content, as long as the content can be displayed, the control card display content function is good; then you use the control card software to find out. Control card, if you can find it, it shows that the function of sending content of control card is good. If you can't find it, you can see if the communication line is well connected. If it is well connected, it may be a card problem. As long as these two functions are good, the control card is good, otherwise the control card will be replaced.

Secondly, we need to judge whether the power supply is good or not. If the power supply is broken, it will directly cause several boards not bright or abnormal at the same time, because a power supply controls several boards at the same time, that is, if your display screen is not displayed or displayed abnormally in the same small area, you should consider whether it is not. When the power supply is broken, the most direct detection method is to measure the output voltage between 4.9 and 5.5 V with the DC voltage of the multimeter. If so, replace the power supply.

Finally, we need to judge whether the unit board is good or not. The display signal is transmitted from the output pin of one unit board to the input signal of another board. So if there is a problem with one panel, it will cause the whole row behind it to be not bright or abnormal. So when there is a problem with one row of the display screen, we should start the row abnormally. Change the board, or use long lines to jump over the board, and see if the back panel shows normal.
