Principle of Industrial Gas Garbage Incinerator
The Industrial Gas Garbage Incinerator is used for pure liquid waste or gas-liquid mixed waste. The liquid waste is sprayed into the horizontal or vertical incinerator by efficient atomizing nozzle. The liquid finishes the processes of volatilization of liquid, gasification and separation of organic composition, ignition and combustion in the horizontal or vertical incinerator. Then it enters into the vertical second combustion room and completes the combustion. The second combustion room is equipped with special baffle to increase the travel of flue gas so as to increase its retention time in the high temperature zone. This incinerator is designed with "3T" concept to realize the gasification of waste liquid and the complete combustion.
